New Borrower
Information on obtaining a library card.

Adult (18 years or older)
- Fill out a "Adult New Borrower Application". You can download the application here or obtain a copy from the circulation desk.
- You must have photo ID (driver''s license, passport, etc) with current address.
- If your ID does not have your current address then you must bring in proof of current address (phone bill, gas bill, etc).
- Bring your ID and if necessary proof of address along with a completed "New Borrower Application" to the circulation desk.
Child (17 years or younger)
- Fill out a "Juvenile New Borrower Application". You can download the application here or obtain a copy from the circulation desk.
- Application must have your parent''s or legal guardian''s signature.
- Bring the completed "New Borrower Application" with a parent/legal guardian signature to the circulation desk.
Guidelines for new Borrowers
- New Patrons may borrow up to 10 items, max of 5 media (dvds, cds, etc) items, during the first 3 months.
- If you lose your card you may buy a new one for $1 at the circulation desk.
- You will also be able to use our public PCs for up to 3 hours a day.
